From all at VWI and our Guide Academy Training Team, a massive and very well deserved congratulations go out to Oscar – our latest student to successfully graduate and become a fully qualified Field Guide!
After the 9 week experience of a lifetime, Oscar leaves us not only with memories to last forever but also as a fully qualified Field Guide with a hugely in depth and rewarding knowledge of the wildlife and natural world surrounding us – fully ready to take his next steps into a career in the guiding profession.
Day to day life on the course is structured to give all of our students unsurpassed opportunities to immerse themselves in and learn more about the biodiversity surrounding us. Through regular visits to our bush classroom on our Esingeni Campus and game drives across stunning Shamwari, Oscar and indeed all of our students are never far away from new experiences and exciting encounters – key factors of the leading experience we offer and the highly knowledgable guides that graduate with us!
Congratulations Oscar, from all at VWI, we’ve greatly enjoyed having you with us and we wish you all the very best for the future!
Students attending our Guide Training Academy not only enjoy the experience of a lifetime surrounded by Shamwari Private Game Reserve and South Africas famous flora and fauna, our trainees also graduate with a comprehensive range of qualifications.
