On a recent game drive, our students were fortunate to come across this amazing but harrowing sighting of a sub adult male lion carrying an obvious injury.
Whilst difficult to view first hand, this sighting did afford our students a prime opportunity to learn more about local pride dynamics and lion behaviour in general.
A perfect example of the learning experiences and ‘real world’ sightings available to all students attending the VWI Training Academy at Shamwari Private Game Reserve.[/vc_column_text]
